Travel Itinerary for Your Visa Application — Written for Your Case, Not a Template
Embassies reject vague and generic travel plans. Turn your flight, hotel, and budget details into a day-by-day itinerary written for your application alone. Every plan is composed from your own dates, cities, and companions, in its own wording and layout — so it never reads like the generic, look-alike itineraries consulates see every day. It includes a short personal statement in your own voice explaining your choice of destination and how the trip is funded, and it covers exactly the days you are travelling — no more, no less.
Two itineraries are never alike — the wording, the layout, and the details are drawn from your own trip.
- Delivered in about a minute — not the next working day

How it works
Watch the whole process, from uploading your documents to downloading the finished itinerary.
A travel plan that is easy to understand
Your itinerary is organized around the information you provide, so the dates, accommodation and daily plan can be reviewed together in one clear document.
The planned activities can reflect the budget and information supplied with the order.
Keep your travel dates, cities, activities and accommodation together, and change anything you need.
Before you order
Your itinerary is prepared by the CloseFlight documents team from the files you upload, and it is delivered as an editable Word document — not a booking. It is a planning document to submit alongside your reservations, so nothing in it is presented as a confirmed or paid arrangement unless your own documents show it.
If you also need the reservation itself, see our flight itinerary for visa applications, and the difference between a dummy ticket and a verifiable reservation. A supporting cover letter is free. Our refund policy and terms apply to every order.
Frequently asked questions
Will my itinerary look like everyone else's?
No. Each plan is composed on its own: the wording, the daily pacing and even the layout of the document are drawn from your own order, so two customers never receive matching itineraries. The plan also covers exactly the days you are travelling, and carries a short statement in your own voice about why you chose that destination and who is paying for the trip.
What will I receive?
An editable Word document showing your trip day by day, including dates, cities, planned activities and accommodation. Word means you can adjust any detail yourself before you print it.
Which files do I need?
Upload your hotel confirmation plus both outbound and return flight tickets. The return ticket confirms when your trip ends and helps keep the daily plan aligned with your actual travel dates.
Do I have to give my passport number?
No. The passport field is optional. If you leave it empty your document is delivered with a blank line in that place, and you fill it in yourself — the file is in Word, so you can edit it freely.
What happens to the files I upload?
They are used only to prepare your travel plan. They are stored where they cannot be reached from the internet, are never shared with anyone, and are deleted from our server 30 days after your plan is delivered.
Is this a booking confirmation?
No. It is a travel-planning document for visa applications and personal trip planning. It is not a flight or hotel booking.
For visa applications and travel planning only. This document describes an intended itinerary and is not a confirmed flight or hotel booking.
