These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CloseFlight website and its related tools (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. About the Service

CloseFlight is a free tool that generates sample (dummy) flight itineraries as PDF documents, based on real route data, for visa planning and travel-itinerary purposes only — not for actual travel or boarding. The documents produced are samples and do not constitute a purchase, booking, or a confirmed reservation with any airline.

2. No Visa Guarantee

We do not guarantee the issuance or approval of any visa. Generating an itinerary or any document through the Service does not influence, guarantee, or ensure the outcome of any visa application. We have no bearing whatsoever over the granting or denial of visas by embassies, consulates, or any authority.

3. No Liability for Visa Refusal

We are not responsible or liable for any visa refusal, rejection, delay, or any consequence arising from the use of documents generated on the Service. Any reliance on the documents for official purposes is entirely at your own risk.

4. User Responsibility

You assume all legal and other responsibility for your use of the Service and any document generated through it. You agree that:

• You will use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate purposes.
• You will not impersonate any person or submit false information unlawfully.
• You will not use the Service for fraud, deception, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
• Any misuse, misrepresentation, or unlawful use is your sole responsibility.

5. Accuracy of Information

The Service and its content are provided “as is” and may contain information that is not accurate, complete, or current, including data that may change due to airline policies. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. It is your responsibility to verify any information independently. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
